So, remember I put my name in the hat for my dream job. I went through the trouble of updating my resume and my cover letter. You know the usual… Well, I got the bright idea to send my resume and cover letter to my best friend for her to look at… today… Hind sight is always 20/20! The errors she found were very minor, but can be the difference in getting my foot in the door. It broke my heart! I ALWAYS let her review my stuff before I send it anywhere. Oh no… Not this time… Ahh well… you live and learn. Maybe another opportunity will come around when the time is right. Oh and since I love helping, here are some resume tips for you guys.
